control panel - an internet based form that allows the customer to add or delete properties on their list of panoramic virtual tours, change prices, SSTC etc. java - the display of the panorama is done using java and javascript. All modern browsers can use this technique although some services such as AOL may "turn off" java. If you are unable to view the images please check your browser settings. If you are a MAC user then you need the latest MRJ files here http://developer.apple.com/java/download.html. login - you will be given a username and password to access your control panel when you contact us. You need these to log into our system and administer your account

object image - an view of an object taken from various points along a horizontal line so that when the images are animated using java, the object appears to spin on its vertical axis. panorama - a 360° horizontal view. It is the same as if you stood in one spot and spun around! In the context of a virtual tour a panorama is taken to mean up to 4 individual 360° views. viewer - the viewer is the combination of java (see above) that displays the image ont he web page and allows it to be manipulated by you the user. virtual tour - see panorama above. We call them virtual tours because you are viewing a space without being there i.e virtually
